¡ñIn the renovation project of Guodian Power Jingyuan¢ñ(4¡Á200MW ) in 2004, GHEC created the precedent that 4 units of 2 electric field shared ash pipe. After years running, it fully reflected the possibity that to allocate the ash handling system according to the rules of dust collection unit. This will provide reference for back electric field allocation of small and large units.
¡ñAccording to the system features of our company, we use high temperature air compressor to to supply compress air without setting the after-treating equipments and air receiver£¬which makes full use of the compression heat of air compressor and saves the initial investment and running cost. It is estimated that in this way, 1 air compressor cost can be saved per year when running 3 ones. GHEC has abundant successfully operation experience (for example Huaneng Power Pingliang Plant 4¡Á300MW unit), which will help us create economic and social benefits.
¡ñFor Shandong Liaocheng Plant 2¡Á600MW unit and Huaneng Pingliang Plant #3 #4 units, 80% percent of feeding valves used is GHEC's patent valve. Average using life of our valve is over 6 years without replacing any spare parts, which is considered as a miracle by our clients.
¡ñIn Oct.2009, renovation project of ash handling for Guodian Power Wusitai Plant 300MW #1 unit, GHEC choose 5m³ hopper and the designing output could reach to 180t/h.The ash handling system operated more than 4 months steadily when the actual amount of ash reached to 95¡«100t/h.
¡ñTandem pump single tube positive pressure pneumatic ash handling system was used in the Xin' an Power Group 4¡Á135MW unit, and the conveying distance could reach to 1350m, which break down the concept of traditional conveying distance limitation.
¡ñGHEC is only of the designing manufactures in China, who has completely independent property rights for large-scale unit negative pneumatic ash handling system. Currently the system has operated successfully and extensively used in China and exported to some Southeast Asia countries .
¡ñThe limestone powder conveying system of our factory is well designed. Reasonable structure and special selected equipment make the system simple and overcome the deficiencies of previous system. Now the system has been operated successfully in new building systems and reformed ones, this is much cost effective for clients and social society. |
