The dust free stone coal discharging system we developed is a kind of enclosed type discharging system. The system uses single-stage coal scuttle to storing and conveying£¬making full use of the distance between discharging outlet and the ground£¬it enlarges the capacity of the coal scuttle and increases the discharging efficiency. Air operated preloading sealing increases the tightness between the shuttle head and the coal scuttle£¬which makes the discharging process always under the condition of well sealing. These effectively prevent the dust pollution. Centralized discharging filtration system avoid the pollution when discharging.The whole system is controlled automatically which improves the working condition in the boiler house. This will becomes ones of the main stone coals conveying system in the near future. Also£¬the system also can be used for other power material's storing and transporting. |
