SBJ series double paddle mixer is kind of improved mixer. It adopts shaft-end flexible self-compensating sealing which ensures long using life. Designing for water spray system is more reasonable, and the adjustability is good. The mixer is widely used for humidifying transportation or pulping system in power plant or other related industries.

Features：
●Output of the mixer is ensured and the material is evenly mixed. Moisture content of the ash is between 15～30％，which is adjustable.
●The sealing of the mixer is tight, and no leakage of ash or dust. The mixer adopts split bearing pedestal and row tapered roller bearing, which is well fastened.
The axis is specially designed for frequent start condition. Sectional type axis makes it more convenient to change spare parts.
●Vane of the mixer adopts iron-based alloy which is wear resistance and not easy to stick ash. The fabricated vane is convenient to install and change, which has good mixing & conveying effect.
●Between two screw shaft is synchronizer gear which makes the mixer running more steadily. |
